Senior Technical Project Manager (Flight Simulation)

Location: Manching, Germany; on-site role

hirify.global develops aerospace and defence systems, including Eurofighter simulation programs.

What you will do

• Coordinate and lead technical activities across bids, proposals, design, implementation, integration, testing, acceptance, and rollout.
• Manage cross-functional engineering teams together with Chief Engineering, Systems Engineering, Software Development, V&V, InfoSec, Operations, Configuration Management, and Data Management.
• Coordinate technical tasks with customers, partner companies, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Estimate technical effort and define the resources required for project delivery.
• Monitor and report project status, technical performance, costs, and schedules.
• Lead and participate in project meetings and workshops.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Sciences.
• At least 15 years of professional experience in the training and flight simulation industry.
• Experience with the Eurofighter programme, such as aircraft or training projects, and with flight simulation.
• Experience leading engineering teams.
• Strong communication and diplomacy skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Good written and spoken English is required; English is the project language. Security clearance or eligibility for clearance is required.
