What you will do

• Lead digitalization and automation projects and manage related tools within the development department.
• Identify automation opportunities in development processes to improve efficiency and reduce lead times.
• Introduce, apply, and continuously improve automation tools, with a specific focus on AI tools.
• Complete multi-week rotations in Production Planning, Manufacturing, and Test Field, with additional exposure to Development and Supply Chain.
• Collaborate with R&D, IT, Corporate Strategy, Project Management, employees, and external partners.
• Design processes and guidelines for the efficient and secure use of AI in development and other business areas.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Recent graduation or initial professional experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Electronics Manufacturing, Automation, Robotics, or Production Technology.
• Initial experience planning and implementing improvement projects.
• Entrepreneurial, independent, goal-oriented, and solution-focused approach with strong communication skills.
• Strong written and spoken English and fluent German at C1 level are required.
• Security clearance or eligibility for clearance by the recognized authorities is required.
