IT Technical Lead – Planning (Kinaxis Rapid Response)

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment of Kinaxis Rapid Response/Maestro supply chain planning solutions.
• Design scalable workflows and align Kinaxis solutions with enterprise architecture, business strategy, and organizational standards.
• Configure custom worksheets, alerts, dashboards, scorecards, metrics, control sets, data models, scenario simulations, and analytics.
• Develop integration frameworks connecting Kinaxis with Oracle, JD Edwards, CRM, SCM, WMS, EDH, and Tableau.
• Lead implementation of demand, supply, production, inventory, S&OP, MRP, MPS, ATP, capacity, aggregate, and attribute-based planning processes.
• Provide technical leadership, define user stories and specifications, guide testing and troubleshooting, and coordinate with architecture teams, product stakeholders, Scrum Masters, and Kinaxis consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in information systems, ERP supply chain planning, and software development methodologies.
• 5+ years of experience as a Kinaxis Solution Architect or in a similar role, with deep Rapid Response/Maestro expertise.
• 3+ years of technical configuration experience in SaaS implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain planning operations, forecasting, distribution requirements planning, MRP, production planning, and inventory planning.
• Experience with integrations, ITSM processes, software development lifecycles, cross-functional teams, architecture decisions, and technical documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with ServiceNow or Jira.
• Experience driving multicultural virtual teams across multiple time zones.
• Foundational project management experience involving internal and external stakeholders.
