Business Development Specialist (Logistics)

What you will do

• Drive new business through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and lead qualification.
• Research target market segments and identify data-driven growth opportunities.
• Re-engage former customers and convert warm leads into active accounts.
• Build client relationships and present tailored logistics solutions.
• Collaborate on client onboarding and satisfaction.
• Manage pipeline activity accurately through CRM tools.

Requirements

• Experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess market opportunities and interpret data.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with lead generation, market research, and outreach strategies.
• Comfort using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent military experience.
