Territory Manager-Remote (Logistics)

Location: Remote Norfolk, VA, with outside sales responsibilities in the Virginia Beach market. Training takes place in Little Rock, AR, and the role includes three months of in-field training.

What you will do

• Prospect for new business through B2B door-to-door cold calling.
• Generate leads and use CRM tools to track sales activity.
• Sell logistics solutions and establish new customer accounts.
• Manage the accounts acquired through sales efforts.
• Present freight and logistics solutions that reduce customers' operating costs.
• Participate in the Fast Start Program and receive in-field training from upper management.

Requirements

• Two years of freight sales experience preferred.
• A bachelor's degree preferred; business, marketing, and communication coursework is advantageous.
• Strong enthusiasm, energy, determination, and motivation to succeed in sales.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Willingness to work in outside sales and conduct substantial cold calling.
• Campus activities or an athletic background are recommended.
