AI Workflow Management Consultant (AI)

What you will do

• Lead structured onboarding engagements, align stakeholders, prioritize workflows, and define success criteria.
• Design, configure, and build production-ready workflows with embedded AI capabilities.
• Guide discovery, process mapping, user acceptance testing, training, and workflow launch.
• Coordinate Customer Success, Sales, Solutions, R&D, IT, business stakeholders, and end users across defined milestones.
• Assess workflow performance and AI adoption, identify pain points, and recommend further implementation support.
• Create implementation plans, deployment roadmaps, documentation, and repeatable delivery frameworks.

Requirements

• Experience in customer-facing implementation or consulting roles, preferably with structured onboarding or deployment engagements.
• Understanding of AI and generative AI technologies, AI workflow design, agent orchestration, enterprise AI platforms, and data governance.
• Ability to assess existing workflows, identify meaningful AI redesign opportunities, and configure platforms accordingly.
• Experience implementing platforms in enterprise environments from discovery through adoption while managing multiple workstreams and executive stakeholders.
• Strong customer relationship, communication, process design, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work through ambiguity, make decisions with incomplete information, and maintain implementation momentum.
