What you will do

  • Identify business challenges and opportunities where AI can create measurable value.
  • Translate ambiguous business needs into AI use cases, requirements, success metrics, and value realization plans.
  • Build business cases and define KPIs and ROI targets.
  • Partner with technical teams on generative AI, RAG, multi-agent workflows, predictive models, and enterprise integrations.
  • Support rapid prototyping and proof-of-concept initiatives to validate feasibility and business value.
  • Align stakeholders and help measure and scale successful AI solutions across the enterprise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business analytics, data science, artificial intelligence, management science, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in analytics, digital transformation, consulting, AI product management, or a similar business-facing role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn ambiguity into structured opportunities.
  • Good understanding of AI, analytics, or digital solutions in a business environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams.
  • Collaborative, execution-oriented approach and ability to work in a matrixed organization.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI, automation, advanced analytics, or digital transformation programs.
  • Familiarity with generative AI, RAG, predictive analytics, workflow automation, enterprise data platforms, or applications.
  • Experience in commercial, innovation, or other enterprise functions.
  • Exposure to prototyping, pilots, or proof-of-concept initiatives.
