Sr. Scheduler (Aerospace) (Primavera P6): Building and managing integrated master schedules for Blue Origin’s Blue Moon landers and lunar infrastructure with an accent on cross-functional planning, schedule forecasting, and performance reporting. Focus on developing networked program schedules, analyzing KPIs and risks, coordinating dependencies across IPTs and partners, and driving schedule accountability.
Location: Greater Seattle Area, United States. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or nationals, current U.S. permanent residents, or lawfully admitted refugees or asylees.
Base pay for Washington applicants: $134,434–$188,207 annually. Other site ranges may differ.

What you will do
- Lead the development of Integrated Master Schedules and detailed IPT-level schedules.
- Coordinate schedule requirements, dependencies, status updates, forecasts, and performance data across IPTs, external partners, and business units.
- Produce schedule metrics, KPIs, forecasts, and reporting artifacts for IPT leaders and program decision-making.
- Drive schedule execution, accountability, roadblock mitigation, and approved scope-change integration.
- Improve scheduling processes, tools, reporting, and program maturity while mentoring less experienced planners and program teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of program scheduling experience in a highly complex technical industry.
- Expertise spanning task-level scheduling, integrated program planning, baselining, reforecasting, variance analysis, change management, and risk management.
- Proficiency with Primavera P6, Open Plan, MS Project, or comparable scheduling software.
- Proven ability to build, develop, and maintain a fully networked Integrated Master Schedule from scratch.
- Strong technical and executive communication skills, ownership of schedule outcomes, and experience leading across multiple teams.
- Undergraduate degree in business, finance, engineering, project management, or another highly analytical field; U.S. employment eligibility is required.
Nice to have
- MBA or PMP/project management certification.
- Aerospace, R&D, or human spaceflight program experience.
- Government contract experience and IMS integration with ERP systems.
- Experience with AI tools, including large language models and AI agents.
