AGGP2027 – Graduate Customer Acceptance Manager (Aerospace)

hirify.global develops and manufactures commercial aircraft and operates the hirify.global Global Graduate development programme.

What you will do

• Manage customer aircraft inspections during final assembly and aircraft delivery.
• Coordinate the resolution of customer-related issues while supporting industrial progress.
• Work with design, manufacturing engineering, production, flight line, flight test, and delivery functions throughout the aircraft industrial lifecycle.
• Use relevant IT tools to manage the customer acceptance process and monitor the aircraft’s technical evolution.
• Learn aircraft manufacturing, technical integration, customer requirements, and associated industrial processes and organisations.
• Coordinate contributors, develop leadership and project management skills, and complete a rotational placement of approximately six months, such as an Aircraft Manager assignment on the Final Assembly Line.

Requirements

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent in aeronautical engineering or a related field.
• Recent graduation or initial professional experience in aeronautical engineering, industrial engineering, airline operations, airline maintenance, in-service aero engineering, customer services, operations, or engineering.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills and conversational French.
• Interest in collaborative work focused on future innovation.
• Self-awareness and motivation to actively drive professional development.
