Lead Technician (PLC)

What you will do

• Analyze machine and process issues, customer complaints, and failure modes; implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead and support PMT, SGA, VIP, OEE, productivity, and Kaizen initiatives.
• Provide technical support for machine issues and breakdowns to minimize unplanned production downtime.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs and spare-parts activities.
• Support IQ, OQ, and PQ validation for new machines and products.
• Prepare training materials and train technicians and operators on machine operation.

Requirements

• NITEC, NTC, ITC, diploma, or equivalent technical education.
• At least 8 years of experience with NITEC, or 2 years with a diploma.
• Subject-matter expertise in key processes, equipment, or machinery.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of basic jig and fixture design.
• Understanding of mechanical and electrical drawings and PLC control systems; strong teamwork and resourcefulness.
