Technician, Equipment Engineering (Semiconductors)

Location: Singapore; onsite production-floor and sub-fab work with 12-hour rotating shifts

What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance and maintain support tools according to schedules, SOPs, and specifications.
• Monitor production equipment, troubleshoot basic issues, and minimize downtime to maintain equipment readiness.
• Provide 12-hour shift support for module production operations.
• Assist engineers with the installation, hookup, and upgrading of equipment.
• Use SPACE to monitor SPC charts, apply PR rules and CAS correctly, and collect data with measurement instruments.
• Document line issues, maintain accurate checklists, coordinate with specialists, and support manufacturing objectives.

Requirements

• Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Microelectronics Engineering.
• 0–2 years of experience in the electrical or electronics industry.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts in Singapore.
• Logical and analytical thinking, ownership, accountability, attention to detail, and discipline.
• Commitment to quality, safety, EHSS requirements, and good housekeeping.
• Willingness to support overtime when required and work effectively as part of a team.
