Program Administrator - Center for Neuroinclusive Oncology (Program Administration): Coordinating and administering oncology programs, meetings, events, communications, reporting, and cross-functional initiatives with an accent on operational support, stakeholder coordination, and program evaluation. Focus on analyzing program data, improving processes, managing complex administrative workflows, and supporting future program growth.

Location: Boston, Massachusetts; hybrid work with 2–3 days onsite per week at the Longwood campus

Salary: $77,290–$92,690 per year

What you will do

  • Provide operational and complex administrative support for program development and implementation.
  • Coordinate program meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, track action items, and support related initiatives.
  • Plan and execute seminars, meetings, events, special projects, and cross-departmental initiatives.
  • Maintain program databases, collect and analyze data, prepare reports, and evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Coordinate communications with program members, stakeholders, departments, and external contacts.
  • Support process improvement, stakeholder feedback management, budget monitoring, and financial administration.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • At least five years of experience in a medical or scientific research setting or comparable technology-oriented business environment.
  • At least two years of experience in program coordination or administration.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Zoom, and Adobe.
  • Strong written and oral communication, organization, prioritization, problem-solving, confidentiality, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage projects independently and apply policies and procedures where guidelines may not exist.
