What you will do

  • Support the development and implementation of quality, compliance, and continuous quality improvement projects.
  • Perform quality, compliance, peer review, E&M, HIPAA, and other assigned audits.
  • Trend, research, analyze, and maintain data for quality and compliance initiatives and regulatory reporting.
  • Provide project support to clinical governance councils and quality improvement committees.
  • Coordinate quality management and accreditation activities for the Cellular Therapy Program, including FACT documentation and audits.
  • Prepare committee agendas and minutes, track follow-up actions, and submit CIBMTR forms and cellular therapy outcomes data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare, business, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance, statistical analysis, or healthcare management.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ability to apply laws, regulations, policies, and procedures in a healthcare business environment.
  • Ability to analyze complex issues, organize projects, build stakeholder relationships, and resolve customer and patient service complaints.
  • Ability to work onsite in Fairfax, Virginia, with occasional standing, walking, patient handling, and lifting of items up to 40 pounds.
