Sr Spec, Product (Acute)

What you will do

• Drive sales growth and execute strategic business plans for assigned territories.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital stakeholders while identifying new business opportunities.
• Provide clinical and product support for medical devices, consumables, and digital solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations, in-service training, and education programs for clinicians and stakeholders.
• Drive adoption of digital solutions in ICU settings and collaborate with marketing and medical teams on campaigns, workshops, and educational events.
• Support tender submissions, negotiations, contract management, and occasional clinical support outside regular working hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science or a related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in medical devices, healthcare, or ICU-related products.
• Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a hospital setting.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Understanding of ICU environments and acute therapies is highly preferred.
• Basic understanding of healthcare data privacy, cybersecurity, and hospital IT compliance requirements is advantageous.
