Senior Product Specialist (Infusion Fluid and Clinical Nutrition)

What you will do

• Achieve annual sales targets and KPIs for assigned infusion fluid and clinical nutrition products.
• Build territory business plans to expand market share, introduce product pipelines, and secure hospital formulary listings.
• Lead public tender preparation, contract negotiations, and compliance oversight with commercial operations.
• Develop strategic relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare decision-makers.
• Deliver product presentations and clinical value propositions focused on fluid management and nutritional therapy safety.
• Coordinate educational symposia, workshops, and post-sales technical support with Medical Affairs and Marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Nutrition, or Business Administration.
• 5–7 years of direct B2B, medical device, or pharmaceutical sales experience in the Hong Kong and/or Macau healthcare sectors.
• Experience selling hospital-based consumables, drugs, or medical devices.
• Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is essential.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, interpersonal, and bilingual communication skills.
• Existing relationships with Hong Kong Hospital Authority hospitals, private hospitals, and key healthcare decision-makers, plus knowledge of applicable pharmaceutical and medical device regulations.
