Focus on coordinating maintenance teams, resolving technical issues, maintaining aircraft records, and supporting extended OCONUS deployments.
Location: Clovis, New Mexico, United States; onsite aircraft maintenance role with extended international travel and possible OCONUS deployment of up to 90 days.

What you will do
- Supervise and coordinate daily aircraft mission maintenance activities, workflows, and schedules.
- Inspect maintenance work for compliance with safety standards, FAA regulations, and operating procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and aircraft return-to-service processes.
- Train, develop, assign, and evaluate maintenance staff.
- Monitor the proper use of tools, equipment, and materials.
- Resolve maintenance and technical issues with other departments while enforcing safety protocols and conducting safety audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of aviation experience; 9 years of related experience may substitute for the degree.
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification.
- Knowledge of aviation safety standards, FAA regulations, policies, procedures, and aircraft maintenance and inspection processes.
- Basic Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Current or successfully obtained U.S. Government Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship are required. Employment begins after the clearance is granted.
- Ability to pass a pre-deployment medical assessment, obtain a valid passport and international travel visa, and meet DoD and Combatant Command requirements.
Nice to have
- Previous supervisory, management, or lead experience in an aircraft maintenance setting.
- FAA Inspection Authorization (IA) designation.
- Background in aerospace and defense, the U.S. Department of Defense, or the U.S. military.
