Customer Solutions Specialist (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Build and maintain customer relationships through proactive communication and account management.
• Manage customer inquiries, orders, delivery performance, and issue resolution as the primary point of contact.
• Analyze demand patterns, forecasts, inventory positions, order trends, and performance metrics.
• Use Excel, ERP, CRM, and reporting tools to identify risks, opportunities, and customer solutions.
• Coordinate with supply chain, production, purchasing, and sales teams to align customer requirements with operational capabilities.
• Support continuous improvement through process analysis and recommendations that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in customer service, customer success, account management, supply chain, operations, manufacturing support, or a related analytical role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience with data, reporting, forecasting, ERP systems, or business analytics tools is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, technical aptitude, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work consistently, regularly, predictably, and on time at the Laconia, New Hampshire location.
