Test Lab Tech - 1st & 2nd Shift Opportunities Available

Location: Laconia, New Hampshire, United States; onsite. Available shifts: 1st shift training from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM, or 2nd shift Monday–Thursday from 3:15 PM to 1:45 AM.

What you will do

• Conduct inspections of test pieces against quality standards, aerospace and military specifications, test requests, and customer requirements.
• Set up, operate, and break down tests while collecting and documenting written or electronic test data.
• Provide accurate test results to quality assurance and engineering teams.
• Verify that test equipment is calibrated and functioning correctly, and remove overdue equipment from service.
• Support technical teams in resolving testing problems, roadblocks, and equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory while following all safety procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• College or vocational school coursework, military experience, or relevant combined education and experience preferred.
• Ability to complete testing under qualified technician supervision until training is completed and signed off.
• Consistent, reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work the assigned shift and train on 1st shift.
