Associate Director - Project Management Operations

Location: Anoka, Minnesota, United States; onsite. Travel of up to 15% is required.

Compensation range: $146,300–$271,700 annually, with potential eligibility for annual incentives.

What you will do

• Partner with executive leadership to align project initiatives with strategic priorities and operational goals.
• Lead the full project lifecycle, including scope, budgeting, resource planning, risk assessment, and execution strategy.
• Develop project plans covering timelines, staffing, resource allocation, and performance metrics.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and maintain accountability for project objectives.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, mitigate issues, and support on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Establish governance standards, coach project team members, and lead Lean-based process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience leading teams and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive leadership.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in construction or general contractor project environments is highly preferred.

• Master’s degree.
• PMP certification.
