What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Conduct outbound calls, service-to-sales interactions, appointment setting, teller interactions, and lobby engagement.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking and lending solutions.
• Build customer loyalty and increase share of wallet through personalized service and ecosystem partnerships.
• Resolve customer problems using product and procedural knowledge while managing risk and following policies.
• Support daily branch operations with accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience; comparable education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, prospecting, selling, and customer needs.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Additional background checks may be required under Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, FDIA, SAFE Act, or FINRA regulations.
