Credit Analyst

Location: Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, United States; hybrid with 3 days onsite

Salary: $47,000–$65,200 annually, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Administer and enforce company credit and collection policies and procedures.
• Secure prompt customer payments and manage daily collection worklist activities and documentation.
• Analyze customer financial conditions, assess credit risk, conduct credit reviews, and recommend credit limits.
• Review delinquent or over-limit orders and release them when creditworthiness and collection assurance have been established.
• Escalate portfolio risks to Credit Leadership and Sales and determine appropriate next steps.
• Build customer relationships and negotiate disputes through resolution.

Requirements

• Experience in credit analysis or finance is preferred.
• Strong Excel and Word skills.
• Effective communication, negotiation, organizational, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make independent judgments, adjust priorities, and develop workable solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Applicants must already be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
