Credit Analyst

What you will do

• Review a high volume of customer orders and analyze account history, credit reports, and payment trends to determine credit limits.
• Communicate credit decisions and account information to customers by phone and email.
• Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and present insights to leadership.
• Evaluate high-risk or potentially fraudulent order activity and take appropriate action.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong analytical, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
• All positions are on-site.
• New hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.

Nice to have

• Finance or Accounting focus.
• 2+ years of experience in credit, customer service, or collections.
