What you will do

• Manage daily activities and strategic planning for one or more banking services units.
• Lead and monitor staff activities, maintaining quality standards and compliance with bank policies, procedures, and external regulations.
• Provide leadership, guidance, feedback, training, staffing decisions, performance management, and salary recommendations.
• Maintain service levels, handle escalations, and collaborate with division and department management on business objectives.
• Evaluate and approve process, procedure, and policy changes to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain internal controls, address risk issues, and implement audit and regulatory remediation actions.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of combined higher education and relevant work experience.
• At least 2 years of work leadership and/or supervisory experience.
• Excellent customer service, verbal communication, written communication, tact, and diplomacy skills.
• Strong knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation software.
• Ability to motivate teams and handle conflict constructively.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Call center or financial services operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of departmental systems, documents, and procedures.
