Supervisor Production (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Direct the production department to complete manufacturing schedules safely, on time, and efficiently.
• Supervise and coordinate assigned production employees while communicating daily activities across shifts.
• Compile, analyze, and communicate production, performance, safety, productivity, and policy information.
• Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and inventory.
• Develop the workforce, coordinate hiring and onboarding, and support capacity planning and parts flow with other departments.
• Coach employees, recognize achievements, manage performance, and resolve conflicts on the shop floor.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience leading teams, developing people, or organizing tasks.
• Ability to maintain a clean and orderly work environment and follow established policies and procedures.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, accountability, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to lead change, remove barriers to performance, and work autonomously and collaboratively.
