Sr Analyst, Loan Ops (Banking)

Location: Tempe, Arizona, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship.

Salary: $45,125–$67,735 USD per year.

What you will do

• Process transactions for mortgage and commercial loan booking and servicing.
• Contribute to process changes that improve operational efficiency.
• Identify, document, and communicate new procedures and controls for the Loan Operations team.
• Assist with audit documentation.
• Handle complex activities with significant financial, client, and internal business impact.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, mentor junior employees, facilitate discussions, and support decision-making.

Requirements

• College or university degree and/or relevant work experience preferred.
• Understanding of banking procedures required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving ability, attention to detail, accuracy, and interpersonal skills.
• Applicants must have U.S. work authorization without requiring current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

• Knowledge of financial instruments and basic custody-services terminology.
