Credit Analyst I (Fintech)

Location: HQ - San Diego, California, United States

Salary: $20.00–$31.00 per hour, plus an eligible annual discretionary cash bonus target of 12.5% and restricted stock units bonus target of 12.5%.

What you will do

• Research and analyze loans as directed.
• Assist with monitoring a portfolio of commercial loans.
• Perform ad hoc credit analysis for specific loan components.
• Manage and organize credit files, track document receipt and exceptions, and coordinate outstanding documentation.
• Prepare credit-related reports and maintain data integrity in the loan administration system.
• Complete projects and process improvements supporting complete, compliant, and audit-ready credit records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in credit administration, loan operations, or banking.
• Experience with loan documentation, credit file management, or document tracking is preferred.
• Employment eligibility is verified through the U.S. Department of Homeland Security E-Verify program.
• Offers are contingent upon successful credit, criminal background, and pre-employment drug screening, including marijuana screening.
