What you will do

• Install, maintain, and service fuel cells at customer sites.
• Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, evaluations, preventative maintenance, retrofits, and software and hardware upgrades.
• Provide on-call and emergency customer support and communicate with customer personnel and hydrogen suppliers.
• Order parts and tools, maintain inventory, and complete incident reports, service logs, and site documentation.
• Provide performance feedback to regional service representatives and enforce field and customer-site safety procedures.
• Represent hirify.global professionally and travel safely as required for business needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with technical electrical coursework.
• At least three years of direct mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience; formal training may substitute for direct experience.
• Valid driver license, clean driving record, and ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly without assistance and provide a standard set of personal tools; specialized fuel cell tools are provided.
• Mechanical aptitude, computer skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, solve technical problems creatively, and maintain high quality and reliability standards.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of lift truck operation and applications.
