Sr/ Technician (12h Shift)

What you will do

• Analyze machine and process issues, customer complaints, and failures, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Provide technical support for production breakdowns, minimize unplanned downtime, and manage preventive maintenance programs.
• Improve OEE, productivity, machine performance, process yield, and quality through process modification and Kaizen initiatives.
• Support machine and product start-up activities, including IQ, OQ, and PQ validation.
• Prepare training materials and train technicians and operators on machine operation.
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, suppliers, and employee teams on technical issues, parts evaluation, quotations, and improvement proposals.

Requirements

• Subject matter expertise in key processes and equipment or machinery.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of basic jig and fixture design.
• Understanding of mechanical and electrical drawings and PLC control systems.
• Resourcefulness, teamwork, a positive attitude, and ability to work as part of a team.
• Compliance with EHS procedures and requirements.
