Senior Director, Legal AI Advisory

Location: New York, United States; onsite

Salary: $300,000–$325,000 annually, with potential eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Expand the AI advisory business for legal and compliance teams in partnership with leading legal AI technology providers and Microsoft.
• Advise enterprise legal and compliance organizations on AI best practices and build comprehensive AI innovation programs.
• Support an AI innovation hub through tool selection, prompt engineering, workflow creation, structured training, office hours, labs, and on-demand support.
• Harvest and prioritize business-user use cases and co-create outcome-driven solutions based on ROI and shared AI capabilities.
• Build strategic partnerships, guide innovation, and align AI initiatives with client needs and market trends.
• Develop high-performing teams and foster collaboration across legal technology SMEs, legal engineers, AI engineers, and AI governance professionals.

Requirements

• Legal background required.
• Experience building workflow agents with Harvey and/or Legora required.
• Experience in legal, compliance, and/or AI technology.
• Experience working with enterprise organizations and/or large law firms is preferred for the customer base across the Global 2500 and AmLaw 200.
• Strong curiosity and ability to drive AI innovation, strategic decision-making, collaboration, and change management.
