Salary: $225,000 - $325,000

hirify.global is an institutionally focused global digital asset platform providing market infrastructure and information services, including a regulated exchange and CoinDesk data indices.

What you will do

  • Own the AI strategy for business teams across the hirify.global Group and be accountable for its delivery.
  • Directly build, configure, and deploy AI workflows and tools, setting standards for quality and speed.
  • Drive a structured program to prototype, validate, and ship high-impact AI solutions.
  • Create a self-enablement model that equips business teams to adopt AI tools independently.
  • Build and lead the AI Enablement function from scratch, recruiting PMs, engineers, and specialists.
  • Define and track KPIs for adoption, efficiency, and ROI, reporting directly to the CTO and COO.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a product or technical role driving operational change through technology.
  • Proven track record of personally building and shipping technical solutions.
  • Proficiency with AI automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier) and tools (LangChain, OpenAI APIs, Vertex AI, Claude).
  • Solid understanding of LLMs, generative AI, and agentic workflows applied to business contexts.
  • Strong communication skills to influence senior executives and lead frontline teams.
  • Must be based in New York.

Nice to have

  • Experience in digital assets, financial services, or media.
  • Background in business process redesign or operational excellence.
  • Experience building a professional function or team from the ground up.
