Director, AI Enablement (AI)

Location: New York, United States

Base salary: $225,000–$325,000 per year, plus discretionary annual target bonus, performance incentives, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the AI strategy and delivery for business teams across the group.
• Identify, prioritize, and manage a pipeline of high-impact AI use cases across business units.
• Build, configure, and deploy AI workflows, copilots, automation tools, and agent-driven solutions.
• Lead a structured program to prototype, validate, ship, and discontinue AI initiatives based on results.
• Create a self-enablement model that helps business teams adopt and iterate on AI tools independently.
• Build the AI Enablement function from the ground up, recruit the required team, and report outcomes to executive leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with a product or technical background and a record of driving operational change through technology.
• Demonstrated experience personally building and shipping technology solutions, not only managing delivery.
• Proficiency with AI workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar.
• Experience with AI/ML tools such as LangChain, OpenAI APIs, Vertex AI, or Claude.
• Solid understanding of LLMs, generative AI, and agentic workflows in business contexts.
• Experience partnering with business teams to identify problems, design solutions, and deliver measurable outcomes, with strong executive and frontline communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital assets, financial services, or media.
• Background in business process redesign or operational excellence.
• Experience building a function or team from scratch.
