What you will do

• Apply problem-solving frameworks to develop solutions for client business challenges.
• Structure and conduct market or desk research to generate insights and support client decisions.
• Design custom analyses using Excel, Access, Confirmit, and proprietary software.
• Synthesize and present findings to clients and internal teams in written and oral formats.
• Build client relationships, support project planning, track status, and help mitigate risks and issues.
• Mentor Associates and contribute thought leadership and innovation in Market Access and Pricing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of industry experience in Market Access and Pricing, preferably in professional services and life sciences or healthcare.
• PhD or a master’s degree with a bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively oriented field such as business, economics, marketing, psychology, life sciences, or social sciences; 2–5 years of relevant post-study experience may substitute for a PhD.
• Fluency in both English and Japanese is required.
• Strong oral and written communication, analytical, synthesis, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High motivation, initiative, attention to detail, adaptability, empathy, and a quality-focused mindset.
• Ability and interest in team leadership, collaboration, and client-focused work.
