Focus on coordinating sales, finance, marketing, operations, supply chain, and logistics teams, defining KPIs, and presenting data-driven recommendations to executive stakeholders.

Location: Oak Brook, Illinois, United States; travel up to 10% of the time

Salary: $76,600–$123,775 annually, plus benefits, 401(k) contribution, and eligibility for a short-term incentive plan

What you will do

  • Lead cross-functional sales initiatives supporting monthly targets, revenue growth, and strategic priorities.
  • Analyze historical sales and partner performance metrics to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and account recovery actions.
  • Build and maintain financial models, track program performance, evaluate outcomes, and recommend optimization steps.
  • Coordinate sales activities and facilitate processes across sales, finance, marketing, operations, supply chain, and logistics.
  • Define objectives and KPIs, create target lists for field sales activities, and improve internal processes.
  • Prepare risk-and-opportunity updates, mitigation plans, forecasts, and pipeline insights for executive and C-suite stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, analytics, or a related field.
  • Expert-level working knowledge of Excel and experience with Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently and collaboratively, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
