Program Manager for Viceroy (Seaglider)

What you will do

• Own execution of the Viceroy Seaglider program, including the integrated master schedule, budget, risks, and delivery milestones.
• Build and maintain a credible program baseline with cross-functional dependencies, critical-path management, and controlled re-baselining.
• Drive the program through PDR and CDR design gates toward build and test.
• Run risk and issue management processes that assign owners, define mitigations, and force timely decisions.
• Integrate Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Certification around one plan, including procurement, testing, and certification evidence.
• Partner with the Chief Engineer and communicate clear program status, risks, decisions, and resource needs to leadership.

Requirements

• Deep experience managing complex hardware development programs through PDR, CDR, or equivalent design gates.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage an integrated master schedule, critical path, budget, and program baseline.
• Proven matrix leadership skills, including driving teams that do not report directly to the program manager.
• Experience with regulated development and certification or qualification processes such as FAA, EASA, USCG, class societies, or military airworthiness.
• Technical fluency across structures, propulsion, systems, estimates, dependencies, and test logic.
• Ability to work on-site in North Kingstown, Rhode Island, USA.
