Apartment Community Manager - Arden Vue

Location: Onsite at Arden Vue in Decatur, Georgia, United States

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 annually plus a 15% target bonus opportunity and commissions for new leases and renewals.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of at least two direct reports.
• Provide high-quality service to residents and team members.
• Manage the property budget, increase revenue, and achieve operational and financial goals.
• Oversee leasing and maintenance team members and facilitate leasing activities.
• Drive resident satisfaction while ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies.

Requirements

• At least four years of experience in sales, customer service, and asset management, ideally in property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurants.
• At least two years of leadership experience in property management.
• Two to four years of experience leading teams in a competitive sales and customer service environment.
• Ability to mentor and coach a diverse team.
• Experience using sales processes and metrics, with a general understanding of financials and budgets.
• Knowledge of property management systems and tools such as Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, or Salesforce; reliable transportation and availability for a Tuesday–Saturday schedule, typically 10:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m.
