Resident Experience Manager - The Callaway House

What you will do

• Supervise the property office team and community assistants across leasing, marketing, and administrative operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, develop, and evaluate direct reports while supporting team performance.
• Direct marketing efforts, resident events, feedback collection, surveys, and improvement action plans.
• Manage property administration, including scheduling, payroll, deposits, invoices, packages, incident reports, contracts, and key control.
• Partner with the Service Manager on property maintenance, purchasing, financial performance, and budget management.
• Maintain communication with university partners, represent the property at events, oversee resident communications, and resolve disputes, rent collection, and eviction processes.

Requirements

• Two years of leadership experience in student or multifamily housing or a similar industry.
• Experience or skills in leasing, marketing, customer service, facility management, budgeting, supervision, business administration, and public relations.
• Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and readiness to oversee site-level property operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant field preferred.
