Implementation Manager, Enterprise (Ecommerce)

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada, United States; must be able to work PST hours.

What you will do

• Lead complex enterprise merchant onboarding projects from contract signing through go-live.
• Run kickoff sessions, define goals, gather operational and technical requirements, and create project plans.
• Coordinate Tech Solutions, Launch Ops, Product, Operations, Merchant Success, and CX teams around milestones, timelines, and action items.
• Guide merchants through onboarding processes, explain timelines, manage expectations, and translate requirements into execution steps.
• Orchestrate go-live handoffs and ensure post-launch support is documented and stabilized.
• Identify risks and process improvements and help develop the enterprise onboarding playbook.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in project management, onboarding, or client implementations.
• Experience leading enterprise clients through complex rollouts.
• Understanding of integrations, APIs, and ERPs sufficient to coordinate delivery without building the systems.
• Experience managing complexity such as multiple warehouses, routing guides, and B2B retail compliance.
• Strong communication, facilitation, timeline management, and risk management skills.
• Experience with Google Suite and project management tools such as Smartsheet or Asana.

Nice to have

• Background in 3PL, logistics, ecommerce, or SaaS.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or a similar certification.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
