Location: Boston, Massachusetts — 100% onsite
Salary: $113,200–$133,800 per year

What you will do
- Implement and evaluate educational programs, workshops, simulations, and competency assessments for nursing staff.
- Provide oncology clinical expertise, support symptom management, and contribute to direct patient care and care planning.
- Assess staff and patient learning needs and develop evidence-based teaching strategies.
- Coordinate unit-based orientation, including schedules, preceptors, weekly check-ins, and orientation records.
- Mentor nurses, consult on clinical policies and standards, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Support quality improvement, safety initiatives, regulatory audits, and evaluation of patient outcomes.
Requirements
- BSN degree required.
- Current RN license in Massachusetts and/or New Hampshire is required as applicable to the role.
- At least 3 years of clinical nursing experience, including 1 year of oncology experience.
- Strong communication, organization, time management, mentoring, and educational technology skills.
- Expertise in evidence-based practice, competency models, simulation standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Professional certification such as NPD-BC or an oncology-specific certification is required within 3 years of hire.
