Business Development Manager

Overview

As a Business Development Manager, you'll partner with semiconductor manufacturers, electronic component distributors, PCB manufacturers, and PCBA/SMT manufacturers to identify key industry trends and opportunities for EDA and Cloud product development. You will manage the electronic CAD component library development team and provide product launch support, coordinating with marketing, development, QA, support, and sales teams on product integration efforts.

What you will do

• Build long-term relationships with partners and customers in the PCB industry.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Manage the electronic CAD component library development team and release management.
• Research and analyze technology trends in Electronic Design Automation (EDA).
• Coordinate product integration efforts across multiple teams.
• Provide product launch support for the product and related team.

Requirements

• Knowledge of electronic design and electronic lifecycle management, EDA, and PCB ECAD Library/component management, Supply Chain data management (Preferred).
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Good understanding of Electronic Design.
• Proven ability to effectively lead teams and change behavior.
• Data-driven approaches for product and market analysis.
• Business, process, and system analysis skills.
