What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of Regional Product Managers to drive ebeam product engagement with customers.
• Collaborate with account sales managers to set up and execute new product penetration strategies.
• Identify customer pain points and position ebeam products to ensure successful adoption at customer sites.
• Bridge technical gaps between current product offerings and customer requirements to optimize satisfaction.
• Oversee NPI scope of work execution and coordinate with field application and marketing teams.
• Collect and assess competitive intelligence and customer technology roadmaps for e-Beam inspection and metrology.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Sciences, Optics, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Mathematics.
• More than 15 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Proven experience in project management and marketing strategy setup and execution.
• Experience leading and motivating teams to achieve performance goals.
• Legally authorized to access controlled technology as defined by US Export Administration Regulations.

Nice to have

• Engineering experience specifically in defect inspection and metrology.
• Deep knowledge of eBeam inspection or semiconductor processes.
