Sr. Engineering Manager (Electrical Engineering)

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and coach teams of Product Engineers, Lead Engineers, Sustaining teams, and test technicians.
• Define new product design specifications and resolve complex customer technical issues for Single-Phase UPS products.
• Oversee lab operations, DVT, and regression tests to ensure defect-free product and firmware launches.
• Manage the engineering OpEx budget and CapEx projects from quoting to commissioning.
• Drive NPDI effectiveness and improve time-to-market metrics for new product launches.
• Lead cross-functional Design Reviews, DFx Reviews, and PPAP activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of Engineering Leadership experience in R&D, Product Engineering, or technical team management.
• Subject matter expertise in Single Phase UPS products and technology (circuits, PCB, rectifiers, inverters, BMS).
• Experience with firmware (embedded, DSP) and mechanical 3D design.
• 100% fluency in English.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Familiarity with engineering software such as Oracle, Agile, CREO, or Mentor Graphics.
