Master Scheduler

Location: Remote, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; US citizenship required. Occasional travel to work site locations may be required.

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules and Integrated Master Schedules using MS Project or comparable scheduling systems.
• Integrate schedule, cost, and resource data to support Earned Value Management performance reporting.
• Coordinate with Earned Value analysts, Cost Account Managers, project managers, subcontractors, and government officials.
• Track progress, identify schedule variances and risks, and develop mitigation plans for potential delays.
• Coordinate personnel and equipment resources to support project milestones.
• Maintain schedule documentation and ensure compliance with government regulations and contractual requirements.

Requirements

• US citizenship is required.
• Strong working knowledge of Earned Value Management principles and practices.
• Experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules and using scheduling tools.
• Ability to analyze schedule data, identify variances, and develop mitigation plans.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Current DoD Secret clearance is preferred; candidates must be able to obtain clearance with an active in-scope investigation.
