Corporate Development Analyst (AI Infrastructure)

Location: New York, NY; Hybrid

Salary: US $140K–$175K, plus bonus and equity

What you will do

• Build and maintain financial models for potential transactions, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Support due diligence for M&A, fundraising, and partnership opportunities.
• Prepare analysis and presentation materials for board meetings, investor updates, and leadership discussions.
• Track trends across AI infrastructure, data centers, and energy markets.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and business teams on transaction execution, post-transaction integration, and performance tracking.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate development.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams under deadline pressure and work effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
