Location: Greenville, South Carolina metro area, with coverage of Easley, Piedmont, Simpsonville, and Anderson

Recruiting range: $24.25–$28.25 USD per hour

What you will do

• Travel to customer homes to maintain and repair LG equipment.
• Diagnose and repair major appliances, televisions, and air-conditioning units.
• Assess product issues, decide whether to repair or replace parts, and document findings.
• Use LG-provided safety equipment, vehicles, diagnostic tools, and service equipment.
• Pre-screen next-day service calls and complete paperwork and data entry after each job.
• Meet customer satisfaction, first-time fix, revisit, parts management, and overtime metrics.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a technical role; appliance repair experience is preferred.
• Experience repairing refrigeration and sealed systems, cooking appliances, and cleaning products.
• Experience using hand tools and diagnostic test equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and document product or system issues.
• Valid driver's license in good standing and ability to obtain the appropriate EPA certification.
• Ability to perform field service work involving continuous bending and lifting up to 50 pounds.
