Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States; 100% onsite

Salary: $113,200–$133,800 per year

What you will do

  • Implement and evaluate educational programs, workshops, and competency assessments for nursing staff.
  • Provide oncology clinical expertise, including support for cancer-related symptom management and patient and family education.
  • Coordinate unit-based orientation, select preceptors, conduct check-ins, and maintain orientation records.
  • Mentor and consult with nurses and multidisciplinary teams to improve nursing practice and patient outcomes.
  • Coordinate nursing student placements and communicate with clinical and professional development teams.
  • Support quality improvement, evidence-based practice, safety initiatives, audits, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • BSN required.
  • Current RN license in Massachusetts and/or New Hampshire required, as applicable to the role.
  • At least 3 years of clinical nursing experience, including 1 year of oncology experience.
  • Expertise in nursing education, competency models, simulation standards, evidence-based practice, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Professional certification such as NPD-BC or an oncology-specific certification required within 3 years of hire.
