What you will do

• Present cellular therapy trial concepts, objectives, and treatment details to potential patients.
• Assess and screen patients for trial eligibility, support informed consent, and enroll patients under study protocols.
• Coordinate patient care, physician orders, dose modifications, adverse event reporting, and protocol compliance.
• Collect and maintain regulatory documentation and coordinate monitoring and auditing visits.
• Review patient condition changes, concomitant medications, treatment response, and protocol compliance with physicians.
• Work with research bases, sponsors, monitors, and auditors to support clinical studies.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing education program; BSN preferred.
• At least one year of nursing experience, preferably in oncology.
• Current Virginia RN licensure preferred.
• Current BCLS or ACLS certification required.
• Experience with clinical research, computer data entry, and database management preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to interpret protocols, informed consents, and regulatory documents.

Nice to have

• OCN, SoCRA, or ACRP certification.
