Specialized Interfaces Manager (Engineering Delivery)

What you will do

• Lead strategic stakeholder relationships across Ontario and Québec for the ALTO High-Speed Rail project.
• Serve as the primary project contact for designated senior representatives, ministries, agencies, utilities, and public-sector partners.
• Manage interface matrices, responsibility registers, action trackers, commitment registers, approval trackers, and decision logs.
• Coordinate stakeholder inputs with technical, design, environmental, legal, commercial, communications, and executive teams.
• Support strategic utility and energy discussions involving power supply, relocations, easements, permits, agreements, and asset integration.
• Prepare executive briefings and reports, manage escalations, and support risk and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline.
• 20+ years of experience in stakeholder management, external interface management, infrastructure delivery, or major program coordination.
• Experience with large linear infrastructure projects such as rail, transit, highways, energy, utilities, or transportation corridors.
• Understanding of multi-jurisdictional project environments involving Ontario and Québec stakeholders.
• Experience with executive briefings, negotiations, governance forums, decision papers, commitment tracking, and escalation processes.
• Experience with HT, TPS, and railway power supply systems; English and French bilingualism is strongly preferred.
