Program Manager - Capital Markets (FSI)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Capital Markets transformation and change programs.
• Define program objectives, workstreams, milestones, dependencies, governance, risks, and delivery plans.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across business, operations, technology, risk, compliance, and external partners.
• Develop change management strategies, assess business impacts and adoption risks, and drive organizational transformation.
• Establish steering committees, reporting, RAID management, KPIs, and escalation mechanisms.
• Lead, coach, and develop consultants and client team members while supporting proposals and account development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in management consulting, Capital Markets, investment banking, financial services, or transformation and program leadership.
• Experience leading large-scale programs or transformation initiatives in complex financial services environments.
• Broad knowledge of Capital Markets and the institutional trade lifecycle, including front office, trading, middle office, post-trade, operations, risk, technology, settlements, asset servicing, and market infrastructure.
• Strong program management, change management, executive communication, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience working with financial institutions such as banks, broker-dealers, asset managers, exchanges, or market infrastructure providers.
