AGGP2027 Graduate Wing Structures Engineer (Broughton)

Location: Broughton, United Kingdom; candidates must already have the right to work in the UK. Skilled Worker visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Represent engineering in the plant as the single point of contact for production support and design liaison.
• Support engineering deliverables including drawing releases, Design Query Notes, and non-conformance responses.
• Integrate design changes into the plant and drive improvements in the industrial system.
• Represent production needs within the wider Wing Engineering organization.
• Support recurring cost reduction and modification implementation while coordinating interfaces and stakeholders.
• Complete at least one rotational placement during the two-year graduate development programme.

Requirements

• Degree-level qualification in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering, normally at 2:1 or higher.
• Recent graduate or holder of initial professional experience in a relevant field.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills; applications and CVs must be submitted in English.
• Good knowledge of coding and data analysis techniques.
• Collaborative approach, self-awareness, curiosity, and motivation to develop professionally.
• Interest in aerospace, civil aircraft, innovation, and building effective client relationships.
