What you will do

• Analyze engineering business processes and implement improvements to streamline workflows and shorten time to market.
• Deliver automation solutions from concept through deployment.
• Optimize engineering processes using digital tools and automation.
• Explore LLM, machine learning, deep learning, and knowledge graph technologies to improve engineering productivity.
• Complete at least one rotational placement across Digital Airframe, wing engineering operations, and technical authority domains.

Requirements

• Degree-level qualification in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, software engineering, data science, or a related technical discipline.
• Recent graduate or candidate with initial professional experience in a technical, digital, engineering, operations, or business-related field.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills are required.
• Motivation to learn and grow in a complex engineering environment.
• Collaborative approach, self-awareness, and ownership of professional development.
• Existing right to work in the United Kingdom is required. Security clearance or eligibility for clearance is also required.
