Training Instructors - 1099

Location: Travel required up to 25%–75% for instruction, instructor development, and customer engagement; virtual and in-person delivery.

What you will do

• Analyze evaluation and outcome data to identify instructional strengths, gaps, and delivery risks.
• Provide structured feedback to instructors and program leadership.
• Drive improvements in facilitation methods, curriculum design, and learner impact.
• Define certification, onboarding, facilitation standards, and refresher requirements for the instructional cadre.
• Ensure consistent instructional quality across virtual and in-person government and commercial offerings.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Education, Organizational Leadership, Psychology, Human Development, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in curriculum design, facilitation, instruction, coaching, or faculty development.
• Experience facilitating and teaching adult learners in professional, academic, PME, executive education, or equivalent settings.
• Expertise applying ISD/ADDIE and the Kirkpatrick model to leadership development programs.
• Ability to analyze learning data and translate insights into instructional improvements.
• Must pass a drug and background check and be able to travel and teach independently.

Nice to have

• Prior military experience or knowledge.
• Certification in psychometric assessments such as 4 Lenses, StrengthsFinder, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Change Style Indicator, or related tools.
• ICF-certified executive coaching credentials, preferably ACC.
• Experience governing and supporting instructional cadres.
